Emailed Sean, (Cambridgeshire Branch) on a Bank Holiday Monday and missed his reply on the same day as I wasn't expecting such a quick response! Fantastic service, very professional and I had my garden back from the combined horrors of both a Hornets nest in the wall cavity and a wasps nest in a hole in the flower bed within a few hours.
